Problems?

GPS Tracking
All curbside recycling vehicles are currently equipped with Global Position System (GPS), a radio-navigation tool that is being used to track the truck's location. GPS Tracking helps us determine the area where vehicles did and did not travel, as well as the time of day the truck was at a stop. With this information, our staff will be able to help solve and reduce problems associated with missed recycling pick-up.

Whoops! Notice
Whoops! notices are left in recycling bins if there is something wrong with the materials in a resident's bin.  Notices will indicate if the materials were not accepted due to being dirty, improperly prepared, or contaminated with other non-recyclable items. Please refer to the list of acceptable materials or the preparation guidelines page for more information about what materials should go in a curbside recycling bin and how they must be prepared for collection.
